Janice Frederick, H.I.S. and owner of Hearing Concepts, has been in the industry since 2013. One fun fact about her is that she is a retired army nurse. Janice chose to get into the hearing industry because she had a desire to own her own business but wanted to stay in the health industry. Her favorite part about work is helping people hear and seeing their excitement when they are first fitted with hearing aids.

We can check your ears for medical conditions with a video otoscope. You will be able to see what we see. We test hearing and provide hearing devices if needed. We repair or service all major makes and models of hearing aids. We sell batteries at our cost.
